I am considering to create http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/Template:Infobox_Legal_person and to merge it with http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/Template:Infobox_Company.

Which entries are missing in the latter that need to go into the former? What entries in the latter would have to be renamed (and how) to fit the former?

In my opinion, you should leave them separate. The two are just dissimilar enough that a merged infobox would be too confusing to use. Just my 2 cents though.

I just started Infobox Legal Person on the basis of Infobox Company. Please trim as necessary - that's not my field of expertise.
