external links

On this page
http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/Free_software

there is an external links page, that should be:
http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/Free_software/External_Links

However, if you are not signed on, and go to the free software page
http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/Free_software

the 'external links' actually goes to this page
http://en.citizendium.org/wiki?action=edit&preload=Template%3ASubpages_name&title=Free_software/External_Links

This is a problem when you are NOT logged in or signed on.  If you are signed on, the external links url goes to the right place.

Oh, oh, good catch Gene... that's not good...  For me, the external link tab is red when logged out (blue if logged in), but if you click it, it goes to the 'external link' "edit" page and you can see the information in the edit box.  Chris can probably fix it, he can fix anything!
