Greetings to all interested in education!

It seems we might do well to begin creating sub categories.

Here is a beginning list.  Let's format this list and add/subtract sub-sub categories as appropriate.

Education

Higher Education
Secondary Education
Middle School Education
Elementary School Education

Corporate / Business Education

Informal Education

As one of the Library and information sciences group, I mention that there are a number of topics there that might also be interesting in Education, and I urge people to have a look and perhaps get involved on one of them, or suggest additional topics.

Hello Ray, I have enjoyed reading your weblogs for a number of years.

Below I added to your categories young children (pre-school) and teaching various subject areas (science, math, etc.).

On another note, perhaps we can build off of or work with related educational "compendiums," such as the ones below.

http://wik.ed.uiuc.edu/index.php/Main_Page

And here are some other good compendiums, although the licensing may not allow us to use them:

Hello folks!

I put a "under construction" on the CZ education site today (http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/Education).

I couldn't find any other discussion about what should go on the education part of Citizendium - should we just put up the framework by Ray?
