There is, I note, an article "States and territories of India'.  I've been writing a number of articles on geographic features of Vietnam, mostly in support of military history.

My most common entry is $FOO province, and also National Highway 99 (Vietnam).  Vietnamese geographical nomenclature can be confusing, as the capital city of a province often has the same name, or perhaps "Province-name town (or city)".  Further, Vietnam has a habit of merging and splitting provinces, as well as assigning them to regions under several different classifications.

Tentatively, I've had a "parent article" redlink of "provinces of Vietnam" to organize these. Is (political) "geography of Vietnam" more appropriate? Given the article on India above, should there be some standardization here across multiple countries?

I note that the highways of Vietnam are particularly important in explaining military history, although they might be much less important for other countries

Prime Minister, you can't take the bull by the horns if you're grasping the nettle. I mean, if you grasped the nettle with one hand, you could take the bull by one horn with the other hand, but not by both horns because your hand wouldn't be big enough, and if you took a bull by only one horn it would be rather dangerous because...' To follow up, I have an article, Provinces of Vietnam. There is a fair bit of text on the nomenclature of provinces and of organizational units above and below them.

How should Related Articles vs. Catalogs be used?  Should there be a complete list as a catalog, arranged by regions? Note that Vietnam, more then many countries, tends to rename, split, and merge provinces.
