gallery won't appear when logged out

Hello

I made a gallery of maps for this article:

http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/Sea_of_Japan

but when I was logged out I couldn't see the gallery tab on the subpage menu, so I thought someone had deleted it. When I logged in, I could see it again.

Could anyone tell me why? Could it be fixed? I'm noticing a white empty space where the gallery tab should be. Thank you.

This is one of those strange instances where an edit of the page is needed before something can be seen, in this case a tab, but I have seen this for categories too.

I cann not explain why this is the case.  I just made an edit to the page (added a line break), can you see the tab now (when logged out)?
