Wikimedia extension to make approvals easier?

There's a wikimedia extension for something similar to approvals: http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:FlaggedRevs . Has anyone looked into whether that might be useful for Citizendium?

Wow! This seems like it would be really close to what we need. If you read 'Author' for 'Editor'. and 'Editor' for 'Reviewer', it's almost exactly what we are doing. What does everyone else think?
