The WP article on the second triumvirate states November 26 as the day of the formation, which is wrong. The respective date was not the 26th but the 27th, and it was not the formation, but the legal introduction (lex Titia). The 2nd triumvirate itself was formed as part of the "pact of Bononia", which occured on an island in the river Lavinius between Mutina and Bononia, a little closer to Bononia. The conference lasted at least three days (or Appianus: 2 days/2 nights). But there don't seem to be any sources on the exact dating. Some scholars say that the conference began at the end of October 43 BC, while apparently most scholars state that it began at the beginning of November. I looked through the following sources, which are (to my knowledge) the only 1° sources on the conference, but there's nothing on the exact date: Florus, ''Epitome Bell. Omn. Ann. DCC'' II.16; Plutarch, ''Cicero'' 46.4; Plutarch, ''Antonius'' 19.1; Sueton, ''Div. Aug.'' 96; Cassius Dio, 46.55.1; Appian, ''BC'' V.6 & IV.2. Cicero (''Ad. Fam.'') also has nothing.

But there must have been 2° publications that have computed/deduced the date from the chronological context. Apparently, one source says that the conference ended with the final agreement on November 11. Does anyone here know secondary material that deals with the dating of the Bononia conference, or even know the source on November 11?

This would be great. Thanks in advance.
