I have written an article on A. A. Vlasov. I would appreciate feedback as to what I could add to or change in the article. It is not so long, and I feel there are details missing.
I am working on a list of literature. I should reference some of my points, too.

Vlasov it appears served in China.  Here's two online sources.

Repatriation — The Dark Side of World War II, Part 3 by Jacob G. Hornberger, April 1995. Retrieved from the Future of Freedom Foundation, August 21, 2007.
Alexander Solzhenitsyn, The Gulag Archipeligo, v.i, p. 252, fn. 8.

That is true, I forgot to mention his time as a military advisor to Chiang Kai-Shek. Thank you.

Chiang Kai-Shek or Mao?  This would be an important point.

Chiang Kai-Shek, in the 30's. Vlasov was awarded the Order of the Golden Dragon for his efforts - even if he was never allowed to wear it at home...

Wow.  Thanks.  I'd be interested in looking at some sources on that.

A Stepan Bandara article also would be of much interest.

What i have found about this is limited, and I suspect it is because AAV was instructed to keep it secret. It is mentioned in the primary biographies, but not covered in depth.
