I have about 100 articles that I created in Wikipedia and other articles that I made a substantial contribution.

Can these be moved here?

I think the policy is not to do that except if a significant change is made to them.  That's a lot of work because some of them were written as best as I could and need a lot of research to add new sections.

I'm moving from there because there are a few articles that are controlled by a few people (could be the same sockpuppetmaster, a WP term).  Once they hate you, they stalk you and make trouble to your other articles as well as personally attack you.  They have protection from 2-3 administrators, who don't act rationally.  Of course, there is a danger that they could attack me once they know my real name.  One of the crazy editors lives in the same city as me.

Yes.

The best way to do this would be to look in the history of your articles from WP, figure out which parts you wrote and then move just those portions to CZ.  Then you simply put a notice on the talk page that lets other CZ authors know that this is what you did. See Template:WPauthor for how.

Sometimes this is impractical because someone else made an edit that you edited and then someone else edited your edit....  In that case, you need to check the "content is from Wikipedia" box at the bottom of the edit page.  Ideally, we can then rewrite the portions that came from someone else's edits on WP and the article will be all ours.

No matter which path you take, it would be great if you could add something to the article once it is here, but don't worry about it too much if you don't have anything more to add.  You might think about asking another author or editor who has some expertise in the subject to take a look at the article, but sometimes there really won't be anything more to add and that's okay too.

Don't move everything at once though.  Try one at a time and spend a little time fixing them up for the move.  If there are categories or templates left over from WP, remove those.  Add the appropriate workgroup categories.  Add the article checklist.  Make some edits to the article if appropriate.  You get the idea.
